We are all getting excited for our Georgetown Village Dîner en Blanc on Wednesday, September 23rd at 5:30pm.
Dîner en Blanc got its start in Paris and is now a global phenomenon with almost two million people on waiting lists to attend this year.
At Dîner en Blanc events around the world, each attendee typically brings their own meal, either prepared at home or purchased, to enjoy during the event. However, in true Village spirit, we want to make sure everyone can attend, regardless of whether or not you can bring your own meal. If you'd like to have someone else cook a meal for you, we are happy to arrange that. You are also welcome to bring white wine or Champagne.
The dress code for the evening is a festive white outfit (off-white or beige is also OK). In the words of NPR, this is an "elegant, whimsical" dinner party, and we welcome you to have fun with your choice of attire.
We look forward to enjoying a special evening of community, food, and neighbors helping neighbors.
